Dave Wanta, creator of aspnetmail components has put together a resource for the 2.0 namespace System.Net.Mail. Dave certainly knows his stuff around .NET email, he gave a talk a while back at our local user group. Be sure to check this out as a resource for any development with email. There's a lot of samples on how to use different parts of the namespace, as well as explanations.
