It's been a while since I posted, and my last post was about the lack of an MSF Agile Project Template in the list of Templates available in Project 12.  I'm also a little miffed that the Microsoft folks who put together the MSF Agile download didn't include a little more in their project templates that come with that download.  As far as I can tell these templates are blank. 

I decided to try my hand at creating my own generic MSF Agile Template.  I'll put this out here to get feedback from anyone who also needs something like that.  Since I'm used to a Project Server background, I've inlcuded Enterprise Custom Fields, so I'd like to here if only Project Professional can utilize these.  For those fields I've included things like Area Path, Work Item and Discipline.  I've also included some basic tasks that usually need to happen.  And I've included an element number, which can be used to report across projects on.  This can be used as a WBS number to help group tasks like Creating a Report, or Developing a WebMethod, or perhaps even more granular.  I believe this should help in looking over actuals vs estimates to see how your team does on certain tasks.
