I just recently discovered what I believe is a bug in RS 2005 subscriptions.  I'd love to hear if anyone else has encountered this, and what their workaround is.

The problem I've encountered involves 2 date parameter fields, along with at least 2 parameters that are dependent.  When I edit an existing report subscription, and change the schedule, the existing date data will be wiped out.  Unsuspecting users save the subscription, then don't get the emailed report when they expect it.

Here's an example of what I mean in the parameters.  The first parameter can be something like division (a drop down box).  The second is another parameter linked to the first (like sales people).  So that when I pick the division parameter, then the sales people parameter changes to be filtered as sales people for that division.  Then we have 2 dates, one that defaults to the current date.  The first date is not defaulted but the second date is.

We've submitted this to Microsoft, so hopefully this will get resolved at some point.  The current workaround is to create a new subscription with the new schedule and delete the existing subscription.  Not elegant, and the customers are upset, but it works.
