This is a followup of my previous post. Interestingly, the fix for my problem is to reset my user profile in Visual Studio and this restored the Step Into menu item. Here's the steps:

1)       Click the Tools->Import and Export Settings menu item

2)       Choose Reset all Settings

3)       Don’t save your settings

4)       Pick a new profile

Scott Guthrie suggested the fix. Thanks, Scott. Scott theorized that this happened because the machine had a previous beta version of Visual Studio on it. Interestingly enough, however, I never installed any prior version of  Visual Studio 2005 on this partition of my machine so that doesn't explain it. I do have Visual Studio 2003 installed side by side on the machine. I wonder if that is what caused the problem.
