WINTELLECT’S JEFFREY RICHTER TO KEYNOTE DEVSCOVERY NEW YORK
March 27, 2006 – Knoxville, TN – Devscovery Conferences, a division of Wintellect, LLC, today announced Jeffrey Richter, Wintellect co-founder, will deliver the opening keynote at Devscovery New York. The event will be held at the Microsoft offices in New York,, April 11-13 2006.
“We are pleased Jeffrey agreed to keynote the event,” says Devscovery technical chairman John Robbins. “The topic – What’s New in C# 3.0 - is timely and there are very few people who have his depth of knowledge on the subject. Plus, his real world experience and contributions to modern-day programming make him a natural choice to keynote Devscovery.”
The keynote will highlight features that will make programmers much more productive. Specifically, Richter will talk about implicitly-typed local variables, extension methods, Lambda expressions, object initializers, anonymous types, and implicitly-typed arrays. Many demos of all of these technologies will be shown.
