Help!

I am getting the following error message --

Server.CreateObject Failed

800a8019

Line 6 points to the following code --

Set oStateMgtSvc = server.CreateObject("SD_ICBAM.CStateMgtSvc")

We have already tried to roll back everything after the Microsoft Patch Update that updates the MDAC version that is not compatible in our ICBAM component but the problem was not resolved. Any idea on how to troubleshoot/resolve this problem?
