Another DevConnections is here. This time we are back for the 3rd straight year in Las Vegas at the luxurious Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort on the Las Vegas strip. This is the hotel that was featured in Oceans 7. 5-star all the way. And this is by far the biggest DevConnections ever with eight co-located events and just under 5,000 attendees! ...

Besides the two sessions I presented on Data Controls and SQL Server Reporting Services, I sat in on several other talks, including Dan Wahlin's excellent talk on moving from Web Services to SOA and ...

Day 3 is going great. A few more blog posts of note:
Julie Lerman wishes she was an attendee. Gosh, Julie, first you were an attendee and wished you were a speaker and then when we make you a speaker, now you want to be an attendee. There's no pleasing Julie. :-)
I whine about going late during my SQL Server Reporting Services session. Oh ...

Tuesday was ''Microsoft Day'' at DevConnections. This means that for 3 of the shows (Microsoft ASP.NET Connections, Visual Studio Connections, and SQL Server Magazine Connections), all of the talks were by Microsoft speakers. (The exception here was C++ Connections which is targeted at all C++ programmers, not those just using Microsoft C++. They ...

Here I am sitting in Stefan Schackow's excellent talk on Web Parts. Prior to this session, Jeff King gave a great talk on Master Pages, Themes, and Navigation.
Some interesting new posts by fellow DevConnections Vegas bloggers:
Adnan Masood has a nice post (with photos!) from Day 1 of the conference.
Don Kiely with a special note for ...
